Free Phone Consultation: Discuss your birth plans and wishes to determine if we are a good fit

Prenatal Visit #1: Spend 1 hour getting to know each other, outlining your birth plan, and covering any questions/concerns you may have

Prenatal Visit #2: Spend 1 hour practicing labor positions, comfort techniques, and discussing any hopes or fears before birth

Unlimited Communication: Receive phone, text, and email support throughout the remainder of your pregnancy and shortly after birth ​

Birth Photography: Enjoy the most precious keepsakes! Your doula can capture the first special moments so your other guests can focus on you and the baby

Immediate Postpartum Support: Spend 1-2 hours addressing any needs while you settle in as a family

Postnatal Appointment #1: Spend 1-2 hours checking in a week after birth to assure you’re settling in at home, to answer any questions, and to offer additional resources
