Aubrey is a ProDoula certified labor doula who supports expecting parents who wish to have an empowered, positive birth experience. "Becoming a doula has given me the chance to help other women have a positive birth experience and be able to feel confident and empowered in their birth story."
Located in Raeford, NC, she offers services in surrounding areas for hospital, birth center and home births.

During two, 1-hour visits we will get to know each other, outline your birth plan, discuss any questions or concerns you may have, practice labor positions and comfort techniques, and discuss your hopes and fears for birth.

Postnatal Visits
Transition home with 2 postnatal visits:
1. Immediate postpartum support (1-2 hours)
2. Home visit 1 week post-birth
