Why did you want to become a labor doula? 

Birth and babies has been a main interest of mine since being a little girl. I would watch birth stories on tv and grew up babysitting siblings, cousins, and friends' children.

 

My dreams of being a mom came true when I had my first baby in 2020, and through my birth experience came my new found love for supporting laboring women and being a source of knowledge during such a vulnerable time.

What do you like to do in your free time?

When I’m not talking about or researching birth related topics, you can find me working out at the gym, watching Netflix, adventuring with my three kids and husband, or hanging out with my friends.
